Refund Policy

Our 14-day return policy means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if the item is the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom-made items (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products) cannot be returned. As well, we do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, please contact us.

We are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Returning the item you have, and then making a separate purchase for the new item is the quickest way to get what you want.
